1. Wallet Funding Terms

1.1 Funding Usage

Wallet funds (in dollars) are used exclusively within our platform to participate in group discount campaigns. Each new user receives a $5 credit upon account creation. Additional funds can be added to your wallet through our purchase interface at the available dollar tiers.

1.2 Funding Properties

  • Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts
  • Funds have no monetary value outside our platform
  • Funds do not expire
  • Spent credits are automatically returned as wallet funds if a campaign fails to meet its minimum pledge requirement

1.3 Account Limitations

Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts to obtain additional complimentary credits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without refunding any purchased wallet funds.

2. Purchase Terms

2.1 Funding Pricing

Dollar amounts for wallet funding are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to modify funding tiers at any time, with such changes applying only to future purchases. Any promotional pricing or special offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

2.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total dollar amount.

2.3 Purchase Confirmation

Upon successful payment processing, funds (in dollars) will be immediately credited to your wallet.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Funding Purchase Policy

  • All wallet funding purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Purchased funds remain valid indefinitely
  • Funds cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation
  • We reserve the right to adjust funding tiers without impacting previously purchased credits

3.2 Failed Campaign Refunds

  • Funds used for unsuccessful campaigns will be automatically returned to your wallet within 48 hours of campaign expiration
  • No manual refund request is necessary for failed campaigns
  • Returned credits retain their original properties for future use

4. Campaign Participation

4.1 Pledge Process

When participating in a campaign, the required dollar amount will be deducted from your wallet immediately upon pledge submission. These credits will be:

  • Consumed if the campaign reaches its minimum pledge requirement
  • Returned to your wallet if the campaign fails to meet its minimum requirement
  • Coupon Redemption Obligation: By pledging, you agree to use any coupons or discounts received before expiration. Failure to redeem will result in forfeiture of the offer.
  • Account Management Rights: Pledge reserves the right to limit, suspend, or delete accounts that habitually pledge but fail to redeem coupons, to ensure fair resource use.

4.2 Pledge Cancellation

  • No cancellations permitted after a successful campaign conclusion

4.3 Business Responsibility

  • Businesses are responsible for accuracy and delivery of advertised offers
  • Pledge is not liable for disputes or non-fulfillment by businesses
  • Users should contact businesses directly for discrepancies
  • Withdrawal of Campaigns: After receiving pledges, a campaign cannot be withdrawn. Campaigns with no pledges may be edited or deleted.

5. Platform Rules

5.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Transferring or selling wallet funds
  • Manipulating the funding system
  • Automated or bot-based pledge activities
  • Interference with platform operation

5.2 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Suspended accounts may not:

  • Add funds
  • Participate in campaigns
  • Request refunds
  • Access certain features

6. Modifications to Terms

6.1 Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be emailed. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

6.2 Funding System Changes

We may modify the funding system, including:

  • Funding tiers
  • Complimentary credit amounts
  • Pledge requirements
  • Refund policies

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Resolution Process

Submit all disputes related to funding, participation, or refunds through our support system. We aim to resolve within 10 business days.

7.2 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will go to binding arbitration, except small claims court cases.

8. Third-Party Integrations

  • We may integrate with third-party services (analytics, marketing, etc.)
  • Businesses agree to those services’ terms when using integrations

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

10. Privacy Policy Compliance

  • We protect user data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations
  • Businesses must adhere to privacy laws when accessing user data

11. User-Generated Content

  • Users and businesses must ensure submitted content complies with laws and IP rights
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate, misleading, or harmful content

12. Suspension of Services

  • We may suspend or discontinue services temporarily or permanently due to maintenance, technical issues, or legal requirements
  • Users will be notified in advance whenever feasible

13. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, and software are owned by Pledge and protected by IP laws
  • Businesses may not use platform branding without written consent
